Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for two (2) OCONUS Program Support Representatives to support the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies (RCCTO). This position is based in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Support multiple overseas deployments, not to exceed 60 concurrent days, as a liaison between onsite soldiers and the Program Management Office (PMO).
• Ensure all aspects of overseas assessment are being addressed, documented, and coordinated with all stakeholders.
• Provide reoccurring situational reports on the operational status of systems, spares, maintenance, and training.
• Assist Program Management Office with tracking system requirements, and development efforts and assist with continued engineering of system upgrades/improvements.
• Interact with operators, users, and military personnel in the delivery of the PMO message while receiving feedback on the operational viability of the system.
• Develop and present briefings, analyses, and reports to government customers and provide recommended courses of action in a concise format.
• Monitors cost, performance, and schedule indicators and provide input to the Project Manager.
• Identify key personnel while deployed, foster relationships, and maintain a positive work environment to ensure mission success.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Military overseas deployment experience.
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work alone and remotely while providing value to the government customer.
• Ability to concisely present complex material to the government customer with recommended course of action.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams.
• A wide range of skills is needed to accomplish missions in remote locations.
• Ability to identify risks to the mission and ensure the government customer is informed.
• Must be a US Citizen and have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time. OCONUS travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with non-traditional defense contractors.
• Experience with rapid prototyping.
• Wide range of experience including logistics, system fielding, test planning, and army senior leader messaging.
• Counter Small UAS, Air Defense, and sensor/C2 experience.
